City Views, Country Dreams

Hello from New York.

I am delighted to report that my laptop has at last been restored to service after suffering a crash last week.

It will take a while for me to get caught up with you all, but I do look forward to visiting.

Meanwhile, a very Happy Thanksgiving to you all.

    Happy Thanksgiving, Frances.

  11. Good to hear that you are back among us. My laptop is not longer working and I need to buy a new one so I’ll be looking at the holiday sales. I am using the family desktop but it does not have all my pictures on it. Have a Happy Thanksgiving dear Frances!

  14. But its writing is blue! Maybe it still has a cold! Happy Thanksgiving to you, Frances. We have all made it through yet another year. The trauma of winter lies ahead. We shall persevere until the spring. Struggle on until the Easter calendar relieves us and the green shoots grow once again. Then we shall plant our vegetables and relax in the sunshine until harvest time with occasional feasts and fetes and fireworks and candles and try to forget the world news outside. Thanksgiving for Obama's re-election anyway!
